What makes Rabbit & Hare different from other children’s clothing brands?
Rabbit & Hare specialises in coordinating outfits for siblings and twins—not matching, coordinating. Our philosophy is “together in style, their own in spirit.” We design prints and pieces that allow siblings to share a visual connection while each maintaining their individual identity.
Should twins wear matching or coordinating outfits?
Child development research suggests that coordinating outfits offer the best of both worlds. Twins can celebrate their special bond through complementary colours and prints while still developing individual identities. Coordinating allows each child to be individually recognised while still showing that lovely twin connection.
What if my twins are different sizes?
This is incredibly common! Twins don’t always wear the same size due to different growth patterns, birth sizes, or simply different body types. Our coordinating approach (same print, different colourways) means you’re not buying identical items, so size availability is rarely an issue.
Are your clothes handmade?
Yes! Every Rabbit & Hare piece is handmade with care in the UK. We work in small batches, ensuring exceptional attention to detail and the ability to accommodate custom requests when possible.
Do you make clothes for siblings who aren’t twins?
Absolutely! Our coordinating collections work beautifully for any sibling combination—brothers and sisters, siblings with age gaps, cousins, and even best friends who want to coordinate.

What sizes do you offer?
We offer sizes from newborn up to age 4-5 years. Our sizing is based on height rather than age — this ensures a better fit as every child grows differently. If your child is between sizes, we recommend sizing up for longer wear. See our Size Guide for detailed measurements and our complete sizing chart.
What fabrics do you use?
We carefully select fabrics including:

How should I wash your clothes?
For best results:
- Machine wash at 30°C on a gentle cycle
- Use mild detergent
- Turn printed items inside out
- Avoid bleach and fabric softener
- Tumble dry low or line dry
- Iron on medium heat if needed, avoiding prints
Do you offer clothes for special occasions?
Yes! Our Classic Heritage Collection features timeless styles ideal for weddings, christenings, and special events. For coordinating siblings at special occasions, we recommend matching silhouettes in complementary colours.
Ordering & Payment
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our shop, select your items and sizes, add them to your basket, and proceed to checkout. You can pay securely using major credit cards, PayPal, or other payment methods available at checkout.
Can I order different sizes in the same design?
Absolutely! This is one of our most popular requests. Simply select your preferred sizes for each item when ordering.
Do you take custom orders?
Yes! We love creating custom pieces. Contact us with your ideas—whether it’s a specific colour combination, size requirements, or a completely bespoke design—and we’ll discuss how we can bring your vision to life.
Can I request gift wrapping?
Yes! We offer beautiful gift wrapping with a handwritten note. Select the gift wrap option at checkout and include your message.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
- UK Standard: 3-5 working days (£3.50, FREE over £75)
- Europe: 5-10 working days (£8.00)
- Rest of World: 10-14 working days (£15.00)
As each item is handmade, please allow additional time during busy periods.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes in the destination country.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. You can also check your order status in your account dashboard.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns of unworn items with tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition. Sale items are final sale unless faulty. Contact us with your order number to arrange a return.
Can I exchange an item for a different size?
Yes! We’re happy to exchange for a different size subject to availability. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
We’re so sorry if this happens! Please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund including any return shipping costs.
